For Advocates welfare fund stamps one is required to submit an application before the State Bar Council alongwith the demand draft of the relevant amount made payable to “Jharkhand State Bar Council”, and payable at Ranchi.
Preference is accorded to Bar Associations, however, the State Bar Council may decide to accept any other application and provide stamps if regarded appropriate.
