The Fee Structure for the enrollment of a lawyer into the Jharkhand State Bar Council is as below :

BEFORE ENROLMENT: One Demand Draft has to be made payable to “Jharkhand State Bar Council“. This should be made payable at Ranchi. The amount of the DD would be as follows: (i) For Non SC/ST candidates = Rs 750/; (ii) For SC/ST candidates = Rs 125/.

After Enrolment: One Demand Draft payable of Rs 3000/ payable to “Bar Council of India Welfare Committee for the state of Jharkhand” . This should be made payable at Ranchi. This is not a precondition for enrolment, but is mandatory and is payable every year. Therefore, it is recommended to be paid at the earliest to avoid the penalties which may be imposed for delayed payment.
