The Council has passed a Legal Services Plan whereby a Legal Services Cell is to be commenced at each Association. Senior, midlevel and the  newly enrolled Advocates would be it’s members. This Cell will have it’s  own plan and budget, and shall have the right to work with the government and the non governmental agencies for the objectives of the Cell. A Directorate would be established at the Headquarter. The Directorate and the Cell at each Association shall work to promote legal awareness among the masses, provide legal aid to the poor and the needy, and provide legal Assistance to help form companies and NGOs, etc to help generate employment
